Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you with returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

Time Frame: You may return or exchange your items within 30 days from the date you received your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. This includes all original tags and packaging.
Exclusions:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Intimates, swimwear, and personal care products are not eligible for returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.

How to Return or Exchange:

Contact Us: Please reach out to us via email at stephanie@blitzvail.com or through our Team Text contact at 970.445.2677 within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know if you'd like a return or an exchange.
Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) you want to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
Return Shipping: For returns, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly.
Exchange Shipping: If you're exchanging an item, we'll cover the shipping for the exchange order once we receive your return.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-refundable Costs:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right! We will provide a full refund or exchange for the defective product.

How to Ship Back Your Return:

Pack the items securely in their original packaging, if possible.
Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

She started as a team member, became store manager and lead buyer in 2010, and took over full ownership in October 2020.
